How do I check the details of my booking?
Please email customerservices@ticketzone.co.uk. Please provide your name and booking reference. If you have mislaid your booking reference please provide your name, address and if possible the email address you used when you originally made the booking. Our target response time is within 48 hours, although we do try to answer all email enquiries as soon as possible. Customer Services can be contacted by email at customerservices@ticketzone.co.uk.

Can I have a refund?
We are unable to refund, exchange or transfer tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. As a general rule Ticket Zone do not refund any Booking Fees or Postage costs if an event is cancelled or re-scheduled. This is part of the Terms and Conditions you accepted when making your purchase.

Can I exchange my tickets?
We are unable to exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the Terms and Conditions you accepted when making your purchase.

How do I change the address my tickets are being sent to?
We only dispatch tickets to the cardholder's registered billing address. For general admission events we are unable to dispatch tickets to customers whose registered billing address is outside of the UK. If your card billing address has changed you will need to contact customerservices@ticketzone.co.uk. Please quote your reference number and both old and new address. If the details you have provided on the booking do not match up with the registered billing address of the card, this can result in the booking being cancelled.

When will my tickets be dispatched?
Ticket dispatch dates are often dependent on the event promoter or venue therefore we must advise you that the latest expected delivery date of your tickets will be 7 days before the event takes place. If you are making a booking within 14 days of the performance the latest expected delivery date will be 72 hours before the event. These are general guides therefore please check for any specific delivery information provided for your event on the first pages of the booking process. Please rest assured that we will make every attempt to deliver your tickets to you as soon as possible. The majority of tickets are dispatched using First Class post.
General Admission/standing tickets will generally be dispatched by secure post. These will need to be signed for on receipt and if you are not at home when Royal Mail attempt delivery they leave a card in order that you can collect your tickets at your local Sorting Office. We only dispatch tickets to the cardholder's registered billing address. For general admission events we are unable to dispatch tickets to customers whose registered billing address is outside of the UK.
Unfortunately it is not possible to send your tickets on request. Once we receive the tickets from the venue/promoter they are sent in batches and therefore we cannot isolate any individual booking.

Why are "better" tickets sometimes available?
If another customer has picked up the seats and decides not to purchase they will become available again OR a venue or promoter may release tickets that were originally reserved. Tickets may also be cancelled if a customer purchases more than the published ticket limits or does not comply with our terms and conditions of purchase.

Why can't I select seat numbers? I am only able to specify block and row?
To streamline the booking process, we do not allow customers to select their tickets at seat level on our website. However, provided customers select tickets from the same drop-down option they will always be situated together. In future, if you would like to select exact seat numbers, please email us at customerservices@ticketzone.co.uk and we will be pleased to book tickets for you.
